In two weeks, my sister and I will be in Niagara Falls, hitting the race expo, checking out all the cool run stuff as we make our final preparations for the race.
I’m excited for race day to come, but I’ve got 2 weeks left of training. I am in my training taper and have 12k to run tomorrow. I’m looking forward to getting out there and seeing how I feel. Last week’s 20k long run was great, so hopefully tomorrow’s will go just as well too.
At this point, there is not much more I can do. The hard work is behind me and now I have to just keep thinking I’m ready. A 2:30 finish is mine!
