My Pursuit of Happiness and Skinny Jeans

My journey to a smaller jean size

My Disappearing Act

Wow!  I really have been a horrible blogger lately.  Looking at my blog, the last post I wrote was way back on July 19!  I don’t really have an excuse for it, other than my life is just too freaking busy!

too busy

Since I last posted, I have:

1.  Spent a wonderful weekend at the cottage, complete with tubing, bonfires, boat rides to town for ice cream, kite flying, frog catching, reading in the sunshine, celebrated hubby’s birthday, and did some general relaxing.

Image (2)

2.  Completed 4 CrossFit workouts, including:

    • Helen (3 round for time:  400m run, 21 KB swings, 12 pull-ups)
    • Tabata Box jumps, sit-ups, push-ups
    • 4 rounds for time: 8 One arm DB Thruster Right Side, 10 Burpees, 8 One arm DB Thruster Left Side, 10 Burpees
    • Fran – 21-15-9 of: Thrustrers #95/65, Pull-ups

These workouts were all killer and man, what a sweatfest.  I love it! and hopefully they are all making me….

stronger-than-yesterdayI”m back at the box tomorrow for another fun workout….we get to use the new airdynes…oh joy!

3.  Gone to Ohio for our EWGA sectional championships.  I headed down to Ohio last Thursday and played a practice round Thursday afternoon.  This was the BEST golf game of my life!  I broke 100!!  Wohoo!  I had a 51 on the front and somehow managed a 42 on the back for a 93, with only 32 putts.  Insane!

photo (9)

I only wonder what my score would have been without those two blow up holes on the front 9???

I”m going to devote a whole post to the golf weekend, but here is a shot of my scramble team in our matching outfits.  We were, by far, the best dressed team in the Championships!

Now, i need to run. Hubs and I are going out for a date night.  I picked up a Groupon for a 3 course dinner special with wine at a local Italian restaurant.  It expires in a few weeks, so we are off to use it tonight.

Once again, I am sorry for being such a bad blogger.  It’s just with 3 CrossFit workouts, 2 ball hockey games, and 9 holes of golf each week, and heading to the cottage most weekends, by the time I sit down at the end of the day it is either too late or I am just too tired to write.  Ball hockey is over now, so hopefully my schedule won’t be so crazy and I can post more regularly.  Fingers crossed!

How do you fit blogging into your hectic schedules?

Do anything exciting these last few weeks?

The Friday Five

Hello Weekend!!!  I love you!

Let’s get right to it.

1.  I got beat up at the Box again this week. Wednesday’s workout kicked my ass…actually my ass was probably the only things it didn’t kick!
july 17 wod

Since I still can’t do an unassisted dead hang pull-up (not many people in my class actually could!), the strength part of the WOD was scaled a bit.  Instead of doing weighted dead hangs, we did 5 rounds of max effort negative pull-ups (Justin, the coach, had a different word for them), but basically you jump up to the top of the pull up and slowly lower yourself back down to the box.  This is just what my pull-up program (that I have yet to start) starts with.  These were killer!  I think I did 3 the first set, and then after that I could only do one at a time.  I was shaking like a leaf when I was lowering myself down.  I hope that means the muscles were working!

After the strength, it was onto the Met Con portion.  I have finally figured out how to do a proper GHD sit up.  People were telling me to snap my legs, and it just wasn’t working for me.  I would do them but my back would hurt.  Then someone else said “squeeze your ass”….WOW…what a difference that makes!  You pop right up and the leg snap is almost automatic.  And no back pain!!! I actually kind of like GHD sit ups now!

Once the GHD’s were done it was onto the killer part of the WOD….double unders and dead hang pull-ups.  This was a fun WOD and I really liked it.  I hadn’t done double unders in a while, but I’m getting better at them.  I was one of the few people in the class who did this part of the WOD Rx.  I still can’t do 20 in a row yet, but I’m fairly consistent at 7 or 8, and every once in a while I bust out a stretch of 16 or 17.  For the Met Con we were able to use bands to help with the dead hangs, but they were still killer.  I used a purple and black band, and had to add a thin beige one for the last set…ugh.  Anyways, about 16 minutes later, the torture was over…but it left it’s mark! My arms got a bit slashed up and my knuckle has a pretty good bruise on it!
DU slashes

These all still look pretty bad today…and my lats are killing me from the pull ups…but that just let’s me know it’s all working!

2. It has been HOT HOT HOT here lately.  And I guess it’s not just here.  A lot of Canada and the US are experiencing a pretty good heat wave.  I don’t mind the heat…we deal with a long, cold winter up here, so when summer and the warm weather comes, I love it.  At times it can get a bit much, and it doesn’t make for great sleeping weather, but it usually doesn’t last too long and we just deal.  Well, it seems the heat got to be a bit much for this woman somewhere in the US.  She has posted a fantastic heat rant to YouTube.  I saw it on a friend’s Facebook page and had to steal it for my blog.  WARNING….there is some pretty foul language, but she sure is funny!

Heat Rant!

As I was typing this post a HUGE storm just went through.  Hopefully it is taking a bit of the heat with it!

3.  I had another good round of golf this week!  I wasn’t too sure what this week would be like after shooting my record 46 (for 9 holes) last week.  This week I was playing another match play game from our ladder.  This week’s match was against a golfer who I am much better matched with, so she only had to give me one stroke.  Turns out I didn’t need it…on the hole I got the stroke I beat her anyway.  I won the match and I shot a 50….and that includes an 8 and a 9.  I’m not sure what’s happening to me, but my game, although still quite awful, is getting better!  My handicap has improved by almost  2 points, and I am now in the third flight instead of the 4th.  All that being said, my handicap is still a whopping 31.6, but that’s a lot better than the 33.3 I started the year at!  Hopefully I can keep this streak going.

most important golf shot
4.  Next week I will have lots of opportunity to work on that “next shot”.  Next weekend I will be going to Avalon Lakes Golf Club in Warren, Ohio with my scramble team to play in the next level of my EWGA league championships.  I’m heading down bright and early Thursday morning and will play a round of golf Thursday afternoon with my car pool buddy, Karen.  Then on Friday, my scramble team has a practice round booked so we can all play the course together and think about strategy for Saturday’s competition.  That will be a lot of golf for me – 3 rounds in 3 days – not sure I’ve ever done that before.  Hopefully all my CrossFit will give me some good strength and endurance to play 3 good rounds of golf!  Fingers crossed!  Hopefully I will have another photo of us accepting our trophies next weekend.  (this was from our chapter championships in June).
photo (23)

We went shopping last night for our team outfit, and we are going to look good!  Will definitely post a pic of that next weekend.

5.  I am counting down the hours until I get to enjoy a beer at the cottage!  Just need hubs to get home from work, one kid to get home from his buddies cottage, and everyone to get organized once we are all in the same place!  The weather is supposed to become much more bearable with nice temps of 25 degrees Celsius, which will be just lovely.  We don’t have much planned aside from a birthday dinner for hubs and some time chilling on the dock.  I can’t wait for this view to make me forget about all the craziness of the past week!

Now I need to go pack for the cottage.

Happy Weekend, everyone!
Got any big plans?
Whatever you do, stay cool!

The Sunday Six

NOTE:  I am quite aware that it is Monday today, but I started this post yesterday and I’m too lazy to make up a new graphic, so I am just going to stick with the Sunday Six as the theme!  That being said, I did get to item number 1 and part way through item number 2 before I got derailed by a car ride and the premiere of the new season of The Newsroom!

My life seems to be a tad on the crazy busy side of things these days….and my blog has taken a bit of a backseat.  I missed this week’s Friday Five, so I’m going to make up for it with a Sunday Six!

sunday six

1.  I had a couple of good workouts this week!  I wore my heart rate monitor to my ball hockey game on Wednesday.  Here’s how that looked:  photo (3)

I also wore my heart rate monitor to CrossFit on Thursday night.  I know I’m getting a good workout because I leave the Box a sweaty, exhausted mess.  Here’s how that looked:

Seems like both of these activities are a pretty good workout.  The ball hockey is impressive because in that total 57 minutes, I’m only playing about half of that time, since we take shifts.  We play two 20 minute running time periods, so that hour is really probably closer to 15 minutes of game time for me.  Not a bad caloric burn for 15 active minutes!

I was surprised by how many calories I burned at CrossFit.  I usually count a WOD as about 300 calories when I put it into MyFitnessPal.  Seems like I might have been a bit on the low side with that.  The WOD was 2 parts..the WOD itself (5 rounds for time of 400m run and 50 squats) and then a circuit of different moves.  The hour broke down like this:  10 minutes for warm up, a few minutes for station set up for the ring dips and Pendlay rows, 18:26 for the WOD, and the rest of the hour working through the 3 stations 3 times each.

At some point I am going to need to figure out what the fat burn and fitness numbers really mean.  I know what they mean in general, but I’d like to know how it calculates what is a fat burn minute versus what is a fitness minute.  Both workouts show close to the same % fat burn, but very different fat burn minutes???  Anyone know what this is or means?

2.  We had a fantastic weekend at the cottage.  We decided late in the week since the weather was supposed to be so good that we would head up to the cottage for the weekend.  This was a fantastic decision on our part!  The weather was perfect.  We had two good nights of bonfires:
photo (5)

On Saturday we took a day trip to Burleigh Falls.  It’s only about 45 minutes from our cottage but I’d never been there before.  The rest of my family had been there a couple of years ago when I was at a golf event.  Anyways, Burleigh Falls is a small waterfall and rapids and you can jump off a small cliff into the bottom of the rapids.  For some reason I was a giant chicken and just couldn’t get myself to jump into the rapids.  Finally, at the end of the day I did it and it was awesome.  I just wish I could have done it sooner in the day.  Oh well, I got some good sun and I had a good vantage point to keep doing a head count as we had 10 kids with us between the 3 families that went on the day trip.

It was another fantastic sunset on Saturday night.  I never get tired of this view:
photo (6)

Sunday was spent following the sun around the yard, trying to even out my burn!  My back got pretty toasty at Burleigh Falls, so Sunday I tried to face the sun to give my back a break.  The kids went tubing and kayaking and just enjoyed a fun-filled day on the water.  And as seems to be a bit of a pattern, the kids have managed a few extra days at the cottage with the cousins down the road.  They are getting dropped off at home on Tuesday sometime.  I sure wish I could get a few extra days up there, but I will have to wait until my week of holidays the first week of August.  The countdown is on!

3.  Since we had no kids at home last night we went for a moonlit cruise in the Miata!  We got home from the cottage a bit late, grabbed a pizza for dinner, and watched Big Brother.  Then, since it was still so nice out, I got hubs to take me out for a little cruise.  We had a nice drive, saw some amazing houses, and had some nice chats about nothing in particular.  I was a great little date night.  Hopefully this can become a regular thing.  Lord knows with the amount that we are paying to insure the thing we might as well drive it as much as we can!

photo (7)
4.  I have another crazy week of workouts and sports ahead of me.  Here’s how this week looks:

Monday:  CrossFit 8:30
Tuesday:  Golf 4:50, Ball hockey 10pm
Wednesday: CrossFit 5:30, Jacko Ball hockey 8pm, my ball hockey 10pm
Thursday:  either shopping for a golf outfit with my scramble team or CrossFit at 8:30
Friday:  either CrossFit at 1pm, or a rest day – depends what happens on Thursday…and then drive to the cottage
Saturday/Sunday:  COTTAGE and relaxing!

I’ve only got a few more weeks of ball hockey left and I’m looking forward to it being over and dropping back to only 1 thing a night and maybe getting an extra “day off” in my schedule.  Of course, on those days off I really should be doing my pull up program and my double under practicing as I haven’t been doing those at all and if I don’t get my butt in gear soon, I won’t make my goal of an unassisted pull up and 20 consecutive double unders by the end of the summer.

5.  I can’t wait to go to CrossFit tonight.  I missed my Friday class last week as a little family emergency came up and I needed to go help my son babysit my niece as she really wasn’t feeling very well and he just needed a little moral support.  So my Friday afternoon was spent rocking a sweet little girl and trying to get her to stop crying instead of going and lifting heavy things. So, I’m looking forward to getting back to the Box and getting a good sweat on.  That shouldn’t be a problem tonight, since it’s about 33 degrees out and feeling like 40 with the humidity (that’s about 91 and 104F) pretty friggin’ hot!

Tonight’s WOD is:
wod july 15

I’m not sure I will be able to do the squat cleans at 95lbs…I don’t remember what my weight for the squat clean is…I will have to check my WOD book when I get to the Box.  And it looks like the last time they did this WOD was back in July of last year.  That is before my CrossFit time, so this will be my benchmark for this WOD.  I’m guessing it will be tough…all the 21-15-9 WODs that I’ve done so far have been killer!  I can’t wait!

6.  We are loving the Harvest Share boxes we are getting!  Last week was week 3 of the program for us and we got another amazing basket of goodies.
photo (8)

We got:  strawberries, lettuce, Swiss chard, orange peppers, red and white baby potatoes, onions, celery, cucumber, beets, and 2 baskets of the biggest peas in the pod I have ever seen.  I think there was something else buried under there too, but I can’t remember what it was!  In typical fashion, the strawberries didn’t make it to the fridge – we ate those in about 1 minute flat.  The peas also did not make it to the fridge.  The kids and I tried one and then before we knew it, they were gone.  Holy deliciousness! That’s a pea pod graveyard on the right side of the photo!
Image (1)

We are already looking forward to seeing what sort of goodies arrive this week.

Now, I’ve got just enough time to run the spell check, get this published, and go get ready for CrossFit.

Hope you all had a great weekend and are ready for a great week.

How is your week ahead looking?  As crazy busy as mine seems to be?
Only 4 more days until the weekend Smile

I Didn’t Believe It!

Yesterday was my usual Tuesday night golf league.  The weather was sketchy all day, and they were calling for thundershowers in the afternoon, but we got lucky and the rain didn’t show up.  It was hot and sticky and eventually the sun even showed up, making it a great night to be out on the course.

I was golfing with Kathy (aka Jack Rabbit) and two other friends – Jo and Trish.  We started our round with a nice cold Coors Light!  It was just that kind of night.  I was playing fairly well, but really just enjoying the walk and the talk as we made our way around the course.

The cart girl found us on the 6th tee, and by then the sun was out and it was pretty hot, so another ice cold Coors was in order (they didn’t have any Corona left, or I would have been enjoying one of those instead Smile!).

We finished the round and I was adding up my score. I figured I must have added wrong…forgot to carry a 1 or something…but no….this was my score:

photo (29)

That’s right….I shot a 46!  I finally broke 50!  And did it with authority!

I was so excited, I started jumping up and down saying “46!! 46!!”  I think Kathy, Jo and Trish thought I was a bit crazy, but I didn’t care.  46 is huge for me.  I still can’t believe it.  I totally didn’t realize I was playing so well. I was just marking each score and number of putts (the little numbers to the top right of the score for each hole) and just playing each hole as it came.  I honestly added it twice because I couldn’t believe I really shot a 46.

I hope I have saved some good golf for next week when I play my second match play game!

After golf we grabbed a bit to eat at the RedCrest Bistro and then headed off to our ball hockey game.  Jo and Trish play on my team too.  Kathy used to, but isn’t playing this year since she usually misses a lot of games due to her running schedule.

We ended up losing our game 5-3 I think.  We played okay, had lots of chances, but their goalie was really good.  I did manage to get 1 of our goals.  It was a good workout, and a good sweat. It was hot, hot, hot inside the arena and the sweat started flowing pretty much after the first shift.  Love it!

Between walking the golf course and ball hockey, I had no problem reaching my 10,000 step goal yesterday (I’m loving my FitBit Flex, by the way):

FBflex july 9

Tonight Jacko and I both have ball hockey.  He is at 6 and I’m at 9.  It should be another hot night in the rink.  Can’t wait to get my sweat on!

Have you ever had a round of golf where you didn’t realize how well you were playing?

Is your day complete without sweating?  LOL

Happy Hump Day!!  Only 2 more days until the weekend!!!

My CrossFit Kid

Last week Jacko came to my CrossFit class on Thursday night to watch and see what CrossFit is all about.  He was so curious. He watched everything so closely and asked so many questions.  The coach got a bit of a kick out of him.  Jacko wanted to climb the rope and the coach said he could.  So, up he went…piece of cake.  He actually did 4 rope climbs!  He also did some pull-ups – a few strict and a few with kips.  He loved it.

My box offers a CrossFit Kids class Monday and Wednesday at 5pm. Jacko would love to go to those classes, but I’m not really able to get him to a class at 5pm.  It just doesn’t work since I don’t get home from work most days before 5:30 at the earliest.  There is talk that there may be some additional kids classes added to the Box schedule in the fall, and hopefully one of those will work out for Jacko.

Having said all that, today was a bit of a slow day at work, and I worked through my lunch, so was able to sneak out early and get Jacko to the Box for tonight’s CrossFit Kids class.  He was so excited.  When I got home from work, he was already in his workout gear and ready to go!  I managed to switch my class from the 8:30 class to the 5:30 class, so I didn’t have to go back to the gym later tonight.

We watched a bit of the class before his, and then Jacko was off to his first CrossFit class.  They started with a 4 minute warm up row, and then played some CrossFit baseball.  CrossFit baseball is 4 stations (bases), with each base having a different exercise to be done at it.  1st base – push-ups, 2nd base – tire box jumps, 3rd base – sit ups, home plate – air squats.  I was able to snap a few pics of Jacko doing his warm-up.

photo (1)photo (2)

After their warm up they were onto the WOD.  They did squat cleans, and although I didn’t see much of this, since my WOD had started by then, I was told after class that Jacko was a natural and did very well for his first class.

Jack loved his first class and has already told me that I should just leave work early every Monday and Wednesday so he can go to all the CrossFit Kids classes.  If only it were that easy!  Hopefully we will be able to figure something out since he loved it so much.  He couldn’t stop talking about it all the way home from the Box.

My WOD was a good one as well.  It was “pec day” – which meant bench press with some pull-ups for kicks!  5 rounds max body weight bench press and max pull-ups.  Since I was in a fundamentals class, we can’t do body weight yet, so we were to find a weight that we could do 5-8 reps.  I ended up at 75lbs, and managed to do 9 reps for all but the last round, when I only did 7.  For the pull ups, we had to do dead hang pull-ups, so no kipping to help.  I had to use a purple and black band together, and managed to do 8 for the first 3 rounds and then 6 and 7.  Dead hang pull ups are so much harder than kipping.  When I first started CrossFit I was using the thickest band there was and could only do about 3 at a time.  Now I can do 9 with a smaller band.  Slowly getter stronger!!

Tomorrow afternoon I’m supposed to golf, although it’s supposed to rain, so that might not happen. I’ve also got ball hockey after golf, so I will at least get a good workout with that.  Wednesday, Jacko and I both have ball hockey.  Thursday I’m back at the Box. No idea what the WOD is yet, it will be announced Wednesday.  Fingers crossed it isn’t too tough!

How was your Monday?

Do your kids do CrossFit kids?  Do they love it?

The Friday Five

Even though it was a short week for me with Monday being the Canada Day stat holiday, I am still very glad that it’s Friday!  I had a good week at work, but i still love my weekends.

Let’s get to it!

friday five

1.  I’ve had a busy week at CrossFit. Here are the WOD that I did on Wednesday and Thursday night.
WOD july 3

wod july 4

These were both great workouts.  On both days I hit PR’s with my lifts!  For the front squat, I finally got to 100lbs. I’ve still got a long way to go, but I was happy to finally hit triple digits.  I did drop back to 55lbs for he AMRAP part of the WOD, but that’s okay.  I only used a black band for my ring dips, so I was happy about that to.  Slowly gaining some upper body strength!

For the shoulder workout last night, I struggled a bit with the strict press and didn’t hit my max, but got 5lbs shy of it, with 80lbs.  For the push press I got to 85, I think, and on the jerk I got to 95…I tried 100, but couldn’t stick it and had to bail. I’m still happy with 95 as that is the most I’ve ever done.  I would have loved to get the 100 as it just seems like a big milestone.  There were actually 3 of us trying…only 1 succeeded.  The two of us who missed will get it next time!

2.  I’m back at the Box tomorrow, and bringing my sister, Erin, as a guest!. My sister is one of the fittest people I know.  She is a natural athlete and is tall and slim in her build – the exact opposite of me!  She is a phys ed teacher and in her fitness class this year, did a lot of CrossFit type workouts with her classes.  She is thinking about joining a Box, so I’m dragging her along with me tomorrow to get a feel of what a real CrossFit class is like.  I’m super excited about this as tomorrow is a Partner WOD.
WOD july 6

I haven’t done a partner WOD yet, so it will be a bit of a new thing for both of us!  She will probably put me to shame, but I’m used to that!

3.  I got a new toy in the mail today!
ipad mini

Turns out I won a prize from one of booths in the trade show at the conference I went to last month.  I really don’t need an iPad mini, since I already have a full-sized iPad, but I’m certainly not gonna say no to a free one!

4.  Tomorrow we are getting a “new” car.  My husband’s father passed away earlier this year.
He had a 1991 Mazda Miata and hubby’s mother doesn’t want it, so she is giving the car to us.

There is lots of paperwork that goes along with this gift, and technically the car is’s just all the other stuff that goes along with it that is going to cost us – it needs to have a safety inspection, we need to transfer the licence plates, and we need to insure it. Turns out the insurance company we have for our current cars will not insure a car over 19 years old.  So, hubs has spent the last few days trying to find someone who will insure it for us.  He finally found one, but it’s ridiculously expensive.  I have tried to convince hubs we don’t need this car and that it’s probably not the best use of our money to insure this car, but he has made up his mind and went ahead and insured it.  We think that once the car turns 25 years old, it gets “classic” status and the insurance becomes insanely cheap. We just have a few expensive years between now and then.

As part of hub’s negotiations with me to get the car, he has offered up a trade that he will pay to insure the car instead of paying someone to paint our hallway. He figures it is about the same amount of money, so he says he will paint the hallway himself BEFORE the end of July.  We’ll see how that goes!

In the meantime, we will go get the car tomorrow and being it back home. Despite being 22 years old, it in excellent shape and only has 61,000km on it!  It should be a fun little summer car.

5.  Hubs got himself a new car, so I thought it only fair that I got a treat too!  We were at the mall shopping for a baby present and I popped into the Gap.  I picked up 3 cute tank tops to wear at CrossFit.

I think I will wear one to CrossFit tomorrow for my partner WOD with my sister!

And here’s a bonus one:

6.  I took a trip down memory lane while I wrote this post.  My little guy wanted to watch a movie tonight.  Hubs tried to convince him to watch Almost Famous, but he wanted to watch Billy Madison.  We checked out the Movie Network and didn’t find Billy Madison, but we did find Sixteen Candles.
sixteen candles

That movie makes me laugh every time.  “No more yanky my wanky.  The Donger need food!” Here’s a shocker…today Dong is 58 years old!  Man, I feel old!

What have you got lined up for your weekend?

Did you watch Sixteen Candles when it first came out?
Any other favourites from that era?
Another favourite of mine is The Breakfast Club.

Happy Weekend!

My Long Weekend in Pictures

Happy Canada Day!
canada day

The weekend is over, and it’s back to the real world tomorrow Sad smile

We had an amazing weekend up at the cottage…here’s how it looked.

Friday night we got to the cottage and the kids couldn’t get down to the lake fast enough…we pulled into the driveway and within seconds they were on the dock.

Saturday was a pretty low key day.  The kids did some fishing off the dock and I enjoyed a couple of these babies!

Sunday we went to pick up the boat and the kids and hubs enjoyed a nice ride while I drove the truck back to the cottage.  They were gone forever, since they met up with our cousins who were also getting their boat, and they all went off for ice cream and some shopping in Bobcaygeon.

While they were gone, I followed the sun around the yard and read some magazines, some blogs, a few cookbooks, and tried unsuccessfully to decide on a book to read.

Sunday late afternoon and evening turned into the nicest part of the day. The sun came out full force and we enjoyed a few cocktails and some snacks down at the shore.

The kids made the most of the beautiful night as well.  Jacko spent some time fishing off the dock.  He didn’t catch anything, but he still had fun.

The sunset was absolutely gorgeous.

Today hubs and I got to play 9 holes of golf.  Not a bad way to spend the morning. Here’s the view from the 9th tee at Eganridge where we played.

Now we are home, but the kids have managed a few more days at the cottage, staying with our cousins down the road.  I’m so jealous.  It is back to the office and my crazy, hectic schedule for me tomorrow.

Here is what’s in store for me this week:
Tuesday:  5pm golf and 9pm ball hockey
Wednesday:  7pm Ball hockey and 8:30pm CrossFit
Thursday:  CrossFit 8:30pm
Friday:  Rest and Massage – can’t wait!
Saturday:  CrossFit 9am
Sunday:  Rest

I have no idea what my meals for the week will be, but hopefully we will get to use up some of the amazing vegetables that came in our Harvest Share box.  We need to get them all eaten up, since we get another delivery on Thursday!

How was your weekend?
Did you make the most of your Canada Day long weekend?
If you are in the States…what have you got lined up for the 4th?
